We are currently on the lookout for someone to spearhead and drive mechanical projects across building services and industrial environments.
Responsibilities/requirements
What you’ll be doing:
Lead end-to-end project delivery to time, cost, and quality targets.
Manage installation activities to client drawings, specifications, and instructions.
Coordinate testing and commissioning; collate and submit certificates and handover documentation.
Monitor and control project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
Prepare health & safety documentation, including site-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
Maintain accurate records, report progress/issues to the line manager, and drive continuous improvement.
What we need from you:
Proven experience managing mechanical installations and services - pipework, steelwork, tank builds, ducting, chillers/boilers, mechanical building services.
Experience in commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical or similar regulated environments would be advantageous.
Familiarity with industry standards, construction methods and H&S regulations.
Clear, professional communication; ability to build trusted relationships and work collaboratively.
A positive, proactive mindset with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
